ok i know that tulsi gave gautam away to aarti and kiran. so my question is did aarti and kiran take gautam to new york to raise him there and did aarti ever care for gautam? or was she a stepmom like trupti? i would really appriciate oif you guys can answer ma question. thanks peepz.

Actually Aarti adopt Gautam. And then Aarti & kiran takes gautam to new zealand then Aarti & kiran get into fight so they get seprated then aarti take gautam and kiran take her daughter krishma. So yes Aarti is gautam step mom.

Actually, in the beginning Aarti could not have any kids & was very close to Gautam as she was his chachi. She would take care of him & love him allot. Tulsi left SN as Mandira was after Mihir (when her came back from the dead) & said she was pregnant with Mihir's child (Karan) etc. Tusli left for Haridwar & did not take Gautam with her. She was not at all worried as she knew that baby Gautam would be in good hands with Aarti, who did love him & took care of him like a real mother. When Tulsi came back to SN, she saw how attached Aarti was to Gautam & as Kiran had mentioned to Mihir that they wanted to adopt Gautam, Tulsi took a very big step in letting Kiran & Mihir adopting Gautam. She had to convince Mihir, Savita, Baa etc also to agree, & said Gautam would still be in SN with the family etc. Aarti nearly had a nervous break-down as she wanted a child so much & missed being a mother to Gautam all the time. As soon as Kiran & Aarti adopted Gautam, Aarti completley changed & became very possesive & protective about Gautam, & was even upset when Tulsi would hold him & take Gautam to her room etc. She told Tulsi not to interfere in matters relating to Gautam, & Kiran got very mad at Aarti about this telling Aarti that Gautams biological parents were Mihir & Tulsi. Kiran & Aarti then kidnapped Gautam (even though they were "legally" his parents now) & left abroad without telling anyone in the family, which left Tulsi & the rest broken-hearted & confused where they had all gone, with no news or information. This is when the first 20 year leap takes effect & Gautam comes back to SN grown up, with Kiran & by then has a young sister from Kiran & Aarti. Kiran & Aarti then seperate...Hope that helps! Aarti was nice & first then turned negative
