No Harsh was quite old (maybe in his teen age or more) when he found out Kesar was his mother, he was upset for a while but then settled down to being Tulsi and Mihir's child. To Tulsi and Mihir it didn't make any difference, they had raised Harsh so they always treated him like their own son.
