Have some questions pertaining to the continuity, just putting my thoughts out there, feel free to disagree and negate my claims, I am a little disappointed with the overdose we are getting at cost of other bonds:

- Why was Randheer suddenly teaching them self-defence? Context dete toh thoda accha lagta. I know it is for foreshadowing, but it seemed thodu random. Also, we have had armies before him with women in it, take for instance, Rani Lakshmibai way behind in the 1857 mutiny, then why was the focus more on Jauhar/Sati sorta customs and not that aspect which makes it more appealing and patriotic too? Highlighting Rani Lakshmibai and women's contribution to freedom struggle would have added more value to it.

Besides that, yes, women gave up their lives in the Partition for honour, but even with self-defence, if you have someone kidnapping you off a train when you are most vulnerable and you are faced with like 15-20 people at once, you cannot really save yourself from the horrific event and HAVE no option but to atleast die with integrity intact. They took away that aspect and made it about Randheer being a WE supporter, it is nice he is making the effort lekin let us consider REAL context with the dialogue ~ there were hoards of men, they were hella brutal, these women were heroes to even face them, even if they never made it out, they were definitely NOT kayars to kill themselves. Maybe they DID not mean to make it sound like that, but did seem a lil bit that way with them scoffing at KB.

- Why does Faruq suddenly wanna pursue and marry Amrit? I dont get the connection between taking revenge with Uday's family and wanting to MARRY Amrit..I recall he spoke about abusing her, not taking her as a lawful wife.

- Randheer promised to help her continue her dreams as Ranjhan, but neither has he REALLY done anything about his own publishing business/Ullu Lal cartoons/Navhind Samachar, neither has she actually written any stories as Ranjhan post roka for me to be convinced whether it holds any actual weightage pertaining to her passion for her dreams in the show. Sorry, but explore nai hua hai itna..they randomly keep doing the Amrit/Ranjhan game. Loved the slap yesterday, but would have loved if VashRit was together in it coz Vashma has suffered WAY more on Faruq's expense and sacrifice for Amru's honor. Even if AmDheer is focus, unka track toh decently likho na phir, uska bhi falooda bana diya hai.

- VashRit | UdRit scenes happened where they showed emotional attachment bit with both Lahore and each other and it is obvious they will be parted, but then why did Amrit maintain silence for 5 months when Vashma was not around? She could have told Rajrani or Randheer the truth about the preggs along with sacrifice, and maybe they could have atleast then now figured out a way for VashMay and Radha too. Radha was freakin' thrown out the house coz Brij did not know Uday loves Vashma, not Radha. Itna kya MU karna ki 5 months doosre torture hote rahe?

I know zyaada dimaag use kar rahi hoon, lekin I had some qualms and just putting them forward.

Again, just to make it clear to everyone, this has NOTHING to do with cast, they are doing their job and acting well, I aint blaming them even a tad bit for lack of SS for others, but the writers and PH for the fiasco and glitches in characterisation, and underutilising talent when some scenes could have been cut short (such as Randheer following Mogar's words) to accomodate everyone.

Now a days I just watch these fun bts and share those. Neither I discuss the story nor the characters because there is nothing to discuss. I have taken a break from watching the show till it comes back to track. I love the cast so enjoy these bts

I lost interest in the offscreen stuff too, coz everyone is mostly not included in it and not sure how much is real vis-a-vis staged for publicity of one couple out of the promised 3 protagonists. TRPs cannot come when you alienate an entire segment of viewers, and then ask them to watch something they are not convinced about anymore. I am gonna be watching for the Partition, but have no interest in the romance.

Why so much of rush?.totally disconnected episode.

The show doesn’t make much sense since a week now. Timeline is also confusing. Everything seems all rushed and few stuff have been left to viewers interpretation. They have rushed to show partition so I’m hoping they execute it properly. I watch episodes super late these days and don’t really find much to discuss either

I do think after lockdown Sony has started caring about Trps and so they have wanted the makers to bring partition in to see if it increases the numbers and if it doesn’t then off air it.

Also am confused,I thght Farooq wants to destroy the Sahanis and exploit Amrit,abhi kya usko Amrit se shaadi karni hai?

His concentration is more on Amrit than Vasmay.

And if he is such a devil how did Vashma survive with him for 6 months.

Yesterday's Vashrit scene I was expecting vashma to say something about her life in Karachi,but got nothing .

Even the attack on Randhir,was not shown properly.

They have a lovely story a great hard working cast,but execution is just not up to the mark.
