So far, we have seen that incident part, and later Amala is tricked by Mando and Abeer is tricked by the lawyer, Viren into getting married. Abeer is forced into thinking by his friends that he too was a part of the crime. He feels guilt stricken. Amala was forced by Mando to get married as she thinks that no one would marry her anymore and Dev too abandoned her. Abeer is told by Viren that No one would marry Amala after this incident and that he should take her responsibility so as to protect her from society's taunts and also because he loves her. Abeer takes the responsibility. Abeer takes all the blame of the rape upon himself, and gets married to Amala. Amala didn't know that she was going to get married to her own rapist, as Abeer is one according to her. A fake story is spread that Amala and Abeer were already in a relationship, and Amala feared telling this to Dev and hence wanted to break up with Abeer, which didn't go well with Abeer, and then they had some fight and whatever happened between them, is termed a consensual act. Amala and Abeer get married, and Amala loathes him. Dev who is in belief of the society's words about Amala-abeer's alleged affair, and Amala betraying him, goes to Mumbai to seek the answers to his questions. Abeer slowly feels more attracted towards Amala, but stays away from her and does everything to not get loathed more by Amala. He wants to leave her, as he thinks that she has to face that nightmare every time he in in front of her. He wants her to be at peace. Dev comes into their life again and threatens Abeer that he would kill him. Abeer tells this to Viren and asks him to not let Dev reach Amala and he has turned dangerous. Also a pregnancy track is shown unnecessarily, but Amala isn't.

The story continues with Amala hating Abeer more and more, and Abeer slowly falling deeper for her, and Dev seeking for his revenge from Amala-Abeer. 😳

Karuna is an important character! 😃

The rest is the rapists, Mando and her Viren ji!😆

Yup, we have sooo many characters in this show, and each character is given an equal importance, which makes the show quite boring sometimes. 😆

Dev definitely used to say that he loved Amala. and Amala loved him back. But as the story proceeds, it is shown that how Amala was only his prized possession. He is shown as a quite possessive lover from the very beginning. And when that happened with Amala, he didn't for once think of Amala, and also assaulted Amala in the hospital. He blamed Amala for the incident. This incident had hurt his pride. He didn't for once feel anything about Amala. It was always him, his ego, his pride, and his male chauvinism.

Yes, Abeer is Karuna's best friend's son, and she adopted him after his mother committed suicided and his father left him.
