Maybe Kunal felt bad after shouting after her so he just wanted to make her happy cause he only loves Nimmo

maybe kunal just wants to make his marriage work out coz nimmojee is always like 'kunal tumhe natassha ke paas jaana chahiye'! i dont think he loves nats tho. c'mon guys every marriage doesnt always need 'love' to be there floating in the air! sum people jus compromise!

I dont think Kunal has any feelings for Nats anymore cuz his heart is ruled by Nims and her memories now. But I think inside he feels that he has a responsibility toward Nats which he does, after all she is his "so-called wife".
😭 He only luvs Nimmo cuz if you watch today's episode he ran to Nimmo after he told Nats he kept a vrat also. He wanted to break his vrat after looking at his chand, Nimmo 😳 .
