HELP!?!?!

i was wondering how do u guyz get pics of todaiis shows..like ppl tht upload the pics how do they get pics frm da video..plz..help...

when one downloads the video for a particular still u must pause then Press Alt+Print Screen Key n open Ms Paint Past or Ctrl V the entire thing is pasted remove the borders save it as JPG, upload it in Tiny pic or Image shack ur done
