In her defence, she has been made to feel sorely jealous but yeh she should still have stronger morals then to go after a married man even if its a contract marriage..she doesnt know tht. Besides Nimmo truely loves Kunal, and Natu knows tht, she only wants Kunal coz he is forbidden fruit.

I think her character started becoming bad so that the audience can empathise with Nimmo more, there has to be one bad person in this love triangle right, and we all know it can't be Kunal and Nimmo so who else is the likely choice. Besides this way Kunal will realize his true feeling for Nimmo faster.
