Hemant Kumar. Manna day is a better classical singer, but without Hemant, Rabindra Sangeet wouldn't have been what it is, can't imagine Bengali music without 'ranar choleche'.......Uttam Kumar wouldn't have sounded the way he did without him.....

Abhishek/Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan......Abhi still can't match that man for what he did in Abhiman, Amar Akbar....or deewar..

For me, music is not old or new, it's good. So I can listen to Jaane kya tune kahi or Nache man mora magan or itna na mujhse tu pyar badha with the same enthu as a Soniye or koi kahe kehta rahe or bunty bubli.......

I am feeling like one right now 😃. We are going to six flags tomorrow, my neck looks in a good shape, and i love water rides. I know I can come back in a very bad shape, but as of now, all my logical thinking has gone on a leave and all I can think of are those woooooooooo water rides !!!!!😃😃

Arjun.He was what he was, no pretense. He just had the misfortune to be born third in line. If he, instead of Yudhishtir had been the eldest, we would have had a different Mahabharata.

Now some situationals 😊

1. If tomorrow yu r given a chance to become immortal and yu agree to it. wht would b the reason for yur agreeing to it?

Because if I am getting the chance, chances are , everyone is, so I wouldn't want to miss out on anything !!!

2. Yur house is on fire. the one thng tht yu would first tak wth yu whn yu run out of the house.

3. Yur close friend has commited a somethng very wrong wth another person whom yu dnt know. Yu get to knw abt the crime.Yur telling the truth to everyone will surely effect yur friends life. Bt not telling it may efect the life of the other man. Yu hav the option to stay quiet. So wht would be yur path here?

I will try to make my friend understand that what she is doing is wrong. if she wants to continue, it's her choice. But if it's a heinous crime, then I would take proper steps to alert the authorities.

Imagine you being invited to your most competitive buddy's party. You take pains to shop the perfect outfit & accessories for the occasion so that you out shine your pal. All's well, you look and feel smart and go over to her house and make the fashionable late entry. Everyone looks up and sees your grand entry.You feel satisfied and just as you are about to move further in, your heels catch a thread of the carpet , you trip , lose balance and fall flat on the ground. You have not got any hurt but everyone has witnessed your fall.
1. Now tell me, how will you manage the situation and what will your course of actions be in detail .

Hmnnnn....I fall and I don't get hurt??? Now who knows that?? Obviously no one but myself. So I pretend to pass out. Now the suddenly funny fall becomes serious. Everyone rushes to the dainty helpless maiden's rescue......speculation starts as to what caused the fall.....faulty carpet of course !!!! She KNEW guests would arrive in fashionable attire......and she didn't atke precautions.

Bad hostess.

Now the 'bad hostess' rushes to the rescue. Medicos are called, and some a very helpful chap tenderly sprinkles water...I pretend to come around....and now my hand hurts.....the 'bad hostess' with faulty carpet worried......offers to foot the bill. I magnanimously decline her offer. The party's attention is all turned to me, the competitive buddy ruing the moment she invited me.....😆

On second thoughts, I will just get up, brush myself, grit my teeth, pretend nothing happened and grit my way all though the party. And philosophically think.....worse things have happened..what'is in a fall !!!!

1. You go to the mall to buy some essential items for your kids which is very necessary. You have just enough money for it and may be a wee bit more. As you are about to enter the kiddy shop , you glance at the new adjoining shop recently opened giving 60% discount. And guess what???? You see just the dress you were wanting for a long time but could not afford to because your credit card spending is always around the red mark , your husband has refused to pick up the tabs and the dress was way out of your budget. With the discount, now the dress is within your means ,but you'll not be able to pick up the essentials for the kids.

What will you do ??? which will you buy-the kid's essential stuff or the dress. Reasons please.

No chance of me buying the dress. Have kids yourself??

I didn't think so 😆😆. Come ask me when you have some. You won't even think about any reason !!! 😆

1. You have your husband's boss and his family coming over for dinner. Your husband had told very many good things to them about your culinary skills. He tells you that this dinner should be the best you have ever made.On the D day ,the food is cooked, room , mood all set, you put the foods on the stove and in the oven for heating when the phone rings and it is your fav cousin calling from India. As you talk you forget about the food on the stove..and ouch !!!!..u burn everything!!! You get the smell and turn to see the devastation. There is no Indian restaurant around and just 5 minutes left for them to arrive along with your hubby.The house also stinks as well.

What will you do???

First I throw everything out.

Open all the windows and doors.

Light scented candles.

Spray the house.

Spray the kitchen madly with all the scented kitchen spray that I can lay my hands on.

Close the doors and windows.

Turn on the AC in full blast with a srpay sprinkled around it.

Thank God I only cook in non stick. So they are back on the burner very soon.

5 minutes up.

Bells rings and they are here. They can wait for a few min, while I put a fresh piece of fish with mustard,coconut and chillies for baking.

One pan goes with rice in it.

I open the door, and smile at them.

Invite them in and get them seated with drinks. Glare at my husband not to say a word, take care of them and offer them chips.

I always offer fresh appetizer, so soon, I have them ready. So is my mustard fish and rice.

They make themselves comfortable, and while i make some shrimps with nothing but some onions and curd. It's done in 7 min flat.

Meanwhile I also blend some spinach and methi leaves and put in on stove with some fried onions and tomatoes. Add in some sliced paneer.

I quickly bake some more fish, add some herbs and stir in mayonise.

40 min later, i join my guests full time, all pretty.

Dessert is not cooked five minutes earlier to when the guests are due, so no harm done.

Trust me, it's not unheard of !!! 😆

1. Your husband has to attend this business cocktail dinner on a certain day and he tells you how important it is for him to attend it along with you even though it is going to be a boring party.A day before the party, your best pal calls up and tells you that she has a surprise for you, she has 2 tickets for a Jagjit Singh special nite (which you always wanted to go to, but never got the tickets- they were sold out). It is on the same night and at the same time as your husbands boring cocktail party.

What will you do?? Ditch hubby and go with friend or go with hubby? Reasons please.

😭 cocktail party....and make sure he hears about it for the rest of his life !!! 😆
