well u can use Paint or photshop or any other software to make a siggy, u can choose a back ground add pics and while saving save it in a JPG or Gif format and upload it and u can use it, now i m not tht good at explaining, i personally learnt it this way, Practice will definetly help u and Hard work will result in a cute siggy,u can go and post in the Avtars and signatures section , all ur doubts will b cleared u can also request for a siggy there

or u can simply ask someone in the siggy and avi section to make one for u
