when ritu was runnning, the property paper which she signed fell and the girl (i think that girl was Kunal's sis, am i right?) picked up. So i think now Samar will be in big problem, if that girl show the papers to her family, samar would in big problem, it clearly says there that the property should transfer to Samar.
