Bangle queen is happy with life-Kakoon

The bubbly 15 year-old teenager Abigail plays the character of a young Bengali girl called Kaakon in Kya Dill Mein Hain on 9X. Interestingly, the name Kaakon in Bengali means 'bangles' and there seems to be a strange coincidence between her on-screen name and her character wearing bangles. Abigail's role requires her to wear glass bangles but the funny thing is that she breaks a few bangles every day while putting them on. Initially she just laughed it off.

Later when her hairdresser who is superstitious told her that breaking bangles is a bad omen, Abigail was taken aback completely and got scared. But when she confided in her co-actor and pal Anita Hassnandani — she plays her older sister in the show — the latter told her that glass bangles do tend to break if worn hastily. Now Abigail has got used to her bangles breaking almost every day. In fact, she just laughs it off.
