I hope he does find out but KK will not let it happen.

She will leave him and his family to be happy and then when she is on her own and finds out she's pregnant she will raise Aman and her daughter alone. If Aamir is included in the 20 yr leap, then he might run into her one day and discover that it was Amans daughter and hw KK was raped...
