Crossover - Preeta and Pragya were sisters!

Did the shows forget that Preeta and Prayga were both related as sisters? That means Preeta is Purvi's great aunt and Rajveer/Shaurya/Kavya/Purvi are first cousins once removed or something (tbh I don't know the conventions that well).

No acknowledgment of that relationship in the crossover wedding scenes. I thought they were keeping the series separate as they are two separate timelines and that makes the most sense but I think the makers forgot everyone was related and in different timelines or they are just morons and don't care
