Watched the episode and precap as well.

In precap Vashisht tells the family that Karan is Alice and everyone gets shocked. At the other hand Arjun wakes up screaming Preeta's name.

After today's episode it seems PreeRan have a higher chance of happening. Preeta still has a connection with Karan and feels restless when he is in danger. She doesn't feel the same way about Rishbah. That is why when she felt restless her first and only instinct was to worry about Kavya.

Even in EK's Kasauti Zindagi Kay Prerna goes back to Anruag post her marriage with Bajaj.

I am not too hopeful about RishTa after today's episode. Just hoping that Rishabh will remain positive and keep getting good screen space.
