Karan asks preeta to hug him

Everything is going as if preeran are huaband and wife since long but they did have issue juat before 2 days ( they have been married since 2-3 days actually)

So the Bts dheeraj shared seems like preeta in same dress like today's episode which means same day

Karan extends his arm with a sad expression (looked like care and scared emotion or guilty i dont know but preeta has angry expression ) and they hug

Any assumption why this sudden hug ?

because he has already hugged mahira in the bed so now he has to hug preeta too 😆
