Bilkul, Karan was an A**H*LE before, but the trying to get close to girl who is visibly uncomfortable and trying to push you away and then feeling angry for that and trying to take BADLA from her AND her family by arranging thy function, is most 100% creepy. I have never liked how they looked on-screen coz I never believed they physically look decent with each other, but recently the direction of the storyline has taken, even if I subtract the incompatibility in chemistry, just the general nature of them having reconciliations and becoming even a remotely close couple is becoming harder and harder to digest.

Considering, although Karan has always been shown to have the habit of lying, throughout the show, often enough to simply hide his real emotions, Preeta as she has already says does NOT conscientiously lie on a regular basis. I am not going to be all over hyped and say that she doesn't 'actually' have feelings for Karan, HOWEVER, at this point in time whatever she said to him at the malls trail room were 'genuine' at the very least from her end. She did push him off NOT once but TWICE. Both times with adequate amount of force. What you have said may actually have some grain of truth to it.

Preeta to push away karan is the right thing to do. Coz he deserved to be dealt that way.

There is purpose to the fall of Karan as the hero, THERE MUST BE!!!! I am not gonna go as far and call him the new 'negative male lead' (although Prithvi has been rather surprisingly less often seen now post Karan's newere more purile ego trips😆), yet I will say that Karan has definately been pushed to the 'Kabir Singh' zone of things, his actions are grey. Playing a grey character or being a grey shaded protagonist is not the issue at all. I mean it gives the whole plot more depth, but, the syntax of his portrayal with the overtly overrated background music and his supposed 'loneliness' is genuinely getting very tiresome.

Preeta is definitely emotionally distant from karan now. She herself said that she , and rightfully so, is traumatized just by the mention of kumkum bhagya .. that's the depth of hurt she is carrying and that pain will never or not anytime soon is going to fade..

As far as Karan is concerned , he is certainly into ego trip but yesterday and today's episode somehow made me feel that preeta's rejection of his closeness has effected him more than insults (deserved). His mind and heart are into weird war. He is more hurt than insulted but and wants to hurt preeta by insulting her.

But you known what, Karan just made a platform to make luthras and aroras at one place now. Even though both the families are at war, its been ages that the entire luthras and aroras came together for something.

And more over this time his main focus is to prove preeta that by pushing him away she did some great sin. He wants to show off preeta that see how mahira does fan girling to me unlike you. But although we don't know what this entire mehandi track consequences will be. The couple is going through the rituals of marriage on one side and on another side we have their hate game still on.

Agreed! Now karan's desperate attempts to get attention from preeta by insulting her even further after everything he did to her sicken me and don't make me find him romantic at all. Shraddha has chemistry with both actors as it is for me, so if I can rather focus on seeing who I would I prefer opposite preeta as a character, rather than shraddha as an actor. And for that reason I now prefer rishabh with preeta because he is the best for her and what she deserves. In fact I think they are perfect for each other.
