"Shrishti get up please" Preeta tries to wake her up patting her face

Doctor checks Shrishti inside. Preeta smartly sends outside of room to avoid any drama.

Kritika ; Preeta are you also having same thinking as mine (comes to her)

Preeta : i hope this is just my illusion, I trust my sister she won't do same mistaks as Sherlyn

Doctor ; you are her sister right?

Preeta ; yes, how is she? she is okay

Doctor : she is fine it happens in early stage, she should not take this much stress

Doctor : yes she is 2 months pregnant

Kritika and Preeta are blown seeing their worst fear coming true

Preeta : doctor please if anybody asks you don't say anything you know it is happy occasion all will get tensed

Disha sees Preeta talking to doctor from far

Later Rakhi and Sarla calls Panditji for Sameer and Shrishti's marriage, they decide to do on same day Akshay and Kritika

Preeta and Rishab rushes to Karan's OT room. Both are tearful seeing him around wires and monitors with doctors around him

Doctor ; his condition is little critical due to blood loss and injury in head

After long struggle Preeta manages to run away but Rahul follows her in heavy rain. She keeps running in fear but nobody is on road who can help her out.

Preeta hides in bushes but gets caught by him again. This time a car is coming in full speed on road pushing both of them apart. Preeta rolls in bushes while Rahul's face is damaged. The boy driving the car turns out to be Karan who came in town for visit

Karan : oh my god I have to take him to hospital

Later Rahul is hospitalized and then taken to America for treatment by his parents. He decided to come back and make Preeta his own with new face. He wanted revenge from Karan as well whom he lost during cricket match once in college

Preeta could not forgot the horrific night of her life.

Preeta lifts her sleeves up which had marks left during scuffle. Karan recalls something similar happening years ago
