Rishabh's engagement and PreeRan performances

So Preeta and Karan have had 4 dances so far during Rishabh's engagement. I might be projecting my hopes on what I want the symbolism to be, but I also want to see if any of you guys disagree with me, just so I don't get heartbroken by PreeRan in the long run.
So the first song was "Kisi ke haath na aayegi yeh ladki", which I personally believed was aimed at Rishabh rather than Karan, only because right before this performance, Rishabh had said there will be atleast half the truth in the performance about his feelings for Preeta instead of Sherlin. I think it hints at Preeta not falling for him.

Whereas the second song "Jeena Jeena" was more Karan's song. Before this song's performance, Rishabh says "Why are they doing this, this never happened?" Which I know was about the proposal, but could also about the performance not relating to Rishabh. Also, I think the song might represent a separation track/sacrificial track in relation to Preeta and Karan's relationship because of the "aada aada, pura hain hum" line I also think the line "Sachi si hain yeh tareefan, dil se jo maine kari hain" line refers to Karan's fake flirting to Preeta becoming real.

The third song was "Sau Aasmaan", although a group song, had PreeRan look like they were happily dancing with each other,,with a momentary focus on them gazing into each other's eyes before another couple came in front, whereas Rishabh looked miserable with Sherlin. There's two ways that could be taken, one is that Sherlin will always be after Rishabh, even if RishTa marry, she might be the Tanu. Or it could also be aimed at Preeta and Karan, and Preeta still loving Karan, after all the couple trouble that might occur (which is my shipper heart talking).

The last song was "Tu Har Lamha" which was officially Karan and Preeta's first romantic song together. "Kahin na kahin teri aankhein, teri baatein padh rahe hain hum, Kahin na kahin tere dil mein, dhadkano mein dhal rahe hain hum. Tu Har Lamha.. tha mujhse juda..Chaahe door tha main.. yaa paas rahaa" are the lines that drew me into the song choice. So up until the chorus, all the lyrics sort of match Preeta and Karan's interactions, specifically at the engagement. How Karan in the previous episode had said "kuch toh hua Preeta", how he could see "apnapan" in her eyes for him, how he could read her thoughts in this episode. The chorus, might also hint at a sacrificing track, where although Karan separates himself from Preeta, he will always be there for her when she needs him.

I tried portraying my subjective stance in an objective manner. What do you guys think? Am I a bit over my head thinking all this?

Wow. That's a deep analysis there. Nicely thought. Let's just hope Karan doesn't go the "devads" way. He's the soul of the show. That side of him will not appeal to the audiences much. Also there have been popular serials in the past with 3,4 people caught in a love web. For eg, Dil Mil Gaye. Arman and Ridhima were everyone's favourite and they really looked very good together. There was Siddharth played by Karan Wahi who fell in love with Ridhima. Karan Wahi himself is a very popular tv actor. And his character was good too. But anyway, Arman and Ridhima ended up together always and were one of the most loved couples of all time. There was Humse Hain Life where the love triangle was very similar to this one. The lead was just like Karan, a prankster and ladies man. He even had a girlfriend. The female lead was not fond of him at first and vice versa but later on both ended up falling for each other. Also the male lead's best friend was madly in love with the FL. A silent lover just like Rishabh. She considered him a good friend. But just because he was good didn't mean the FL ended up with him. And there was no hard feelings between the best friends. They remained together throught thick and thin whilst everything. That's how it should happen here too. Rishabh should move on from Preeta and they should bring in a new love interest for him.

Yea, I've watched the shows. I'm a sucker for love triangles. Don't get me wrong, i don't think Karan will go full devdas mode. I think he's gonna try hiding his feelings, or push her towards Rishabh. But either RIshabh or Preeta will find out what he's doing and PreeRan will be endgame. If you've watched Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan, something along the lines of what happened to the main leads there.

Ya. I've watched Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan during the initial months. Actually what's different about kundali bhagya from all these shows is that it is an ekta kapoor show plus the one's we've mentioned are College/ School dramas or Dil Mil Gaye was mostly set in the hospital. They didn't get into the families much. This is firstly a typical family drama sadly and marriage is on the cards soon. Don't know for which couple but that's gonna happen soon and from there we know how the track is gonna be.

you have made a deep analysis...well written
what caught my eyes was it seems like everyone is blind for not witnessing PreeRan's initmacy and eye-locks except for kritika...their chemistry is obvious to the eyes but they are so blind...

when it comes to the story...i am totally confused becos KDB is not as simple as it seems...too many confusions and complications...

now i officially dislike rishabh's character for his immature decisions that leads to so many chaos...all this would not have happened...if he stop listening to preeta and listen to his heart...even a psycho like sherlin would not have enter his life...its becos of his one immature decision...preeta is humiliated...sarla is arrested and his dadi is ill...if he could not make one decision of his life before marriage...after marriage there are lots of decisions to be made...will he behave the same way...he is not interested in the marriage...he is leading sherlin on...Aroras are being humiliated...he makes a mockery out of relationship...he promise to marry sherlin but his eyes are on preeta...he is a good guy...he is mature from outside but immature from inside who has no strength to make his own decision...a weak man...being a good man is not enough...helping others in need is good but at the same be mature from inside to take decision...life and marriage is not business deals...you finalise and result is shown...life is a journey...bad decisions leads to destruction...this is my POV of rishabh's character...yes its unknown to him...but decision were made by him...if preeta ask him to commit suicide...will he do it?...dude listen to your heart and mind...not others...you are leading your life not preeta leading your life

coming to the endgame...i am confused...i really don't know...KDB is not as simple as KKB...but for me Karan Luthra is the soul of the show...whether PreeRan happens or Rishta...i don't want karan's character to be screw up

karan will stay silent but he will not be in devdas mode becos if he chose to sacrifice...he standby his decision and very frank and straight forward about it...he is immature from outside but mature from inside...he knows how to stay firm in his decision and abide it...he does have a philosophy too he doesn't date committed...engaged and married women...this sums up his entire character graph...the mature person he is...
