After the way Kareena spoke to him today, I think that's the missing back story of Sameer.
That he was adopted by the Luthra's, for what reason I don't know, maybe it WAS actually for the purpose of having someone working for them, maybe it was something else. But with the way Kareena said that he only has the Luthra name, but in reality he's just a servant makes me think that he was adopted.
It would explain lots of things like why Rishabh had lashed out that one time saying he wasn't actually his brother and shouldn't interfere, it also might explain why he's never seen with someone like Kareena, who hates people who are lower than her, it's cause she thinks the same of him.
Another thing to note is how his expressions changed when Kareena said all of that to him, he stopped any type of justification he was trying to provide and just went away.
Anyone else have any thoughts?
