Why is Kumkum avoiding her parents?

I dont understand what is the need for Kumkum to avoid her parents now? She just has to call them up and tell them she is fine and if they ask for Sumeet... say that he is off on a Business trip.. One doesnt have to teach her to lie after all😆 Or atleast Mini could have told them that Kumkum had called, she is fine...just a bit busy... she will call back later. I dont understand what Mini is doing.... she seems lost in her own world... I do believe that everyone should fight their own. it is wonderful that she has a sister who has taken it up on herself to fight it out for her... the least she can do is help Kumkum out... instead of pressuring her even more... adding to Kumkum's tension😕 If not doing anything an attempt is good enough.. but Mini simply refuses to put in that effort. The only reason that i put up with Mini is because she has become a reason for Sumeet-Kumkum to come together😛.

I completely understand that she doesnt want to give Sumeet' phone number... That she doesnt have to either. She can atleast call them up and say she is doing fine... If they asked her the number, she can cook up a story saying she will keep in touch, they dont have to worry... if they insist, she can always say that Sumeet's father is still upset... she doesnt want them to be insulted on any pretext.
Not easing her parents tension with regard to her doesnt seem right.
