| Ludhiana, August 28: HUSSAIN Kuwajerwala, the popular anchor of Khul Ja Sim Sim, a game show telecast on Star Plus, says he chanced upon acting. Well that can be substituted by success. ''Once I chose this field, I never looked back,'' he said while addressing a press conference at Kundan Vidya Mandir. Hussain was in the city today to anchor an episode of the game show organised by Literacy India, a Delhi-based non government organisation, at Kundan Vidya Mandir. Talking to mediapersons, Hussain said, ''I had no exposure to extra-curricular activities at school. However, I participated actively in histrionic items during college. Soon I started performing other items also. One day, my elder brother (he is the director of Kasauti Zindagi Kay) asked me to do something concrete in this field. I took that piece of advice seriously.'' Hussain's debut serial was Aashirwad which was followed by Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kumkum. On whether he was eyeing opportunities on the celluloid, Hussain said, ''Yes, only if I get a good opportunity as films give great exposure.'' He feels that anchoring shows for noble causes gives him satisfaction. This is the third time that Hussain has become the anchor for Literacy India's programme, an organisation which aims at imparting quality education to poor children. Before the show, a group of students studying in various schools being run by Literacy India, presented a comedy Pappu Paas Ho Gaya.
