Ok now this time we are going to have to have the banner contest in a different way this time we will have 2 rounds of voting...
- First round is like the normal voting round where you all will choose the banner which you like the most
- Second round is different .Here there will be only limited amount of banners these banners will be brought from the first round it self but only the banners with the maximum votes will be choose here..
