Ohnoooooooooooo😭
I know what is going to happen...
I think Nivi in her traumatised mind will fall in love with Sumit because she will be jealous of sukum's love , and the way Sumit cares about Kumkum. And I'm sure when KumKum will get to know this she will force Sumit to spend time with Nivi till she is in health again.

So there will be 2 love-triangles

and
kumkum-sumit-nivi

shweta kawatra did same kinda role in kusum..she fell in love wth abhay...

oh gawd..lol now sumit 😆 😆
yeah i saw yday's preview..where sumit hugged her assumin its KK 😆

but i think
if she could help nivi by telling sumit to spend time with her she could do it
she would "share" sumit with her
i know this kinda something is going to happen
