Sumit is doing what Amitabh Bachchan did in the movie Waqt, making his son take some responsibilty and be independent and strong, and take life serious sometimes and when it is necessary.

Yup.. its a lot like Waqt.. Only difference being Shefali's character, Sumi, was involved with the whole idea from the beginning..she knew of Amitabh's condition and encouraged him to be harsh with Akshay... whereas KK doesn't yet know of Su's condition..and will be very angry with Su for behaving so harsh with Sharman..

Well then AB dies when akshay get a child so maybe sumit will when he hears of aashka's pregnancy! lol... Allah na kare though...May Allah give hussein a long life Ameen.!!! but hey the character is what i am talking about.

Yeah to some extent su is just doing wht AB did in Waqt. 😳

There is a major difference though. AB died in the movie and shefali knew abt him frm beginning bt su cant die as the serial will lose its charm time and again 😳and kk will definitely understand su and his behaviour. 😳

She will get upset bt not being harsh on shar bt nt making her an equal partner in his sorrows... 😭
