Previously : Sumit and Eks meet in a hotel. Eks asks his real intentions about Kumkum. Sumit clarifies that he only wants to apologise and befriend her. Eks believes him and accepts him as a friend.

At Kumkum's House
Kumkum is pacing up and down Anku's room, thinking about Eks and her change of behaviour this morning. Nidhi is sitting on the sofa and thinking about what would have happened in Eks and Sumit's meeting.Also Anku is roaming all around the room carrying her book, but she is not able to concentrate because of Kumkum, as she bangs into Kumkum time and again, and as this happened for the 9th time, Anku got really angry.
Anku (very angrily): Kumkum Didi....aap ek jagah baith nahi sakte kya???
Kumkum (feeling more angry at anku): tu ek jagah baith kar nahi padh sakti kya???
Anku (in a much more angrier tone than before): nahi padh sakti....ek toh aap DONO ne mere poore room pe kabza kar liya hai...aise gher ke baithe ho is kamre ko jaise ki ye aapka playground ho...ek toh maine aap DONO ko apne room mein aise baithne diya...upar se aap mujhe hi daant rahe ho....agar yaad nahi aata toh main yaad dila deti hoon ki ye room MERA hai aur main yahan jo chaahe kar sakti hoon...
Nidhi noticed Anku's emphasized "DONO" and she got angry as well, and retorted back.
Nidhi : ye dono-dono kya lagaa rakha hai....maine kya kiya hai...chup karke ek jagah pe baithi hui hoon....uss se bhi tujhe problem hai...
Meanwhile Kumkum's temper reached new height on hearing Anku's answer and she too replied back at the same time Nidhi had.
Kumkum : ye tu baat kaise kar rahi hai mujhse.....badhi behen hoon teri bhool gayi hai kya...itni bhi tameez nahi rahi tujh mein...
Since both Kumkum and Nidhi had started shouting at the same time, Anku could not hear anything. She pretended to get offended (without actually knowing what they had said), picked up her books and went to the other room. Kumkum got so irritated that she was about to follow Anku and shout at her when Nidhi stopped her.
Nidhi : chhod naa...jaane de usse...dimaag kharaab ho gaya hai uska padh padh ke....aisa hota hai exams mein...
Kumkum : mere saath toh aisa kabhi nahi hua...
Nidhi : tu tu hai...voh voh hai...chhod naa usse....ek toh vaise hi itni tension hai...upar se tu uski baat ko lekar itna dimaag chala rahi hai...
Kumkum : vaise kya tension hai tujhe??
Nidhi : Eks Di kahan aayi hain ab tak???.....pata nahi kya hua hoga unki meeting mein....kya baat kari hogi unhone Su...(suddenly realises what she is talking and holds her tongue)....errr.....un se...
Kumkum gets suspicious at this mistake of Nidhi's.
Kumkum : kya kya kya....kis se??....tujhe pata hai di kahan gayi hain??
Nidhi : (says to herself): kitni bevkoof hoon main....2 minute chup nahi reh sakti thi...(to Kumkum) nahi toh....mujhe kya pata voh kahan gayi hain...
Kumkum : abhi toh tu keh rahi thi...unki meeting ke baare mein kuch...
Nidhi : main....nahi toh....haan...yaad aaya....main keh reh rahi thi ki voh eks didi kahin gayi hui hain naa.....aur aaj toh sunday hai....toh koi zaroori kaam hoga...koi zaroori meeting hogi...isiliye gayi hain....toh main yahi soch rahi thi ki unki meeting kaisi hui hogi....(reassuring herself) haan...haan....yahi kaha tha maine....
Kumkum : nahi...tune ye nahi kaha tha...
Nidhi : arre behes kyun kar rahi hai.... (pointing towards the main gate, which was open)voh dekh eks di aa gayi...unhi se khud poochh lena...mere peechhe mat padh...
Eks comes in, but doesn't look at them straight away, instead comes in, goes to the kitchen and has some water. Nidhi is desparate to know what happened in her meeting with Sumit, and Kumkum is desparate to know where did she go and why did she tell Nidhi about it and not herself. Nidhi wanted to ask, but Kumkum started before her.
Kumkum : kahan gayi thi aap??
Eks : bata ke toh gayi thi...apne client se milne...meeting mein...itni jaldi bhool gayi kya...
Kumkum : main kuch nahi bhooli hoon...par main aapko achhi tarah se jaanti hoon...aap kisi client se milne nahi gayi thi...aap kahin aur kisi aur se milne gayi thi...jiske baare mein aapne Nidhi ko toh bataya par mujhe nahi...
Eks gets surprised at this, but maintains her calm and continues with her composed manner.
Eks : aisa kuch nahi hai....Nidhi ko kuch nahi pata main kahan gayi thi...ab tu aise matt dekh aur jaa mere liye coffee banaa de....main bahut thak gayi hoon...jaa jaldii...
Kumkum frowns at her, then leaves for the kitchen. Nidhi immediately comes towards her and starts troubling Eks.
Nidhi : Bataiye naa kya hua...aapne kya baat ki....usne kya kaha....aap chup kyun baithi hain...voh dobara naatak toh nahi kar raha naa....aur aap kyun uss se milna chahti thi...voh sirf dosti hi toh karna chahta hai...vaise aapko kaisa lagaa voh...handsome hai naa...offo aap chuo chaap kyun baithe ho...aap sun bhi rahe ho ya nahi...kuch toh batao...
Eks : bolungi toh tab naa jab tu bolne degi...kab se bole hi jaa rahi hai bole hi jaa rahi hai...apne muh ki ferrari ko break lagaa le thoda...
Nidhi :ohh sorry sorry...achha ab bataiye ki vahan kya hua??....aur sabse pehle toh ye bataiye ki aap Sumit se milna kyun chahti thi...
Eks :tujhe toh pata hai ki Kumkum ke saath kya hua tha... bas isliye main uss ladke se milna chahti thi taaki voh kumkum ke saath dobara mazaak naa kare...usse hurt naa kare...
Nidhi : Kya di...aap abhi tak uss baat ko bhooli nahi...jab tak aap usse yaad rakhengi, Kumkum bhi nahi bhool payegi...issliye plz aap bhool jaaiye...
Eks : tu achhi tarah se jaanti hai ki Kumkum kitni sensitive hai...voh uss baat ko kabhi bhool nahi paayegi...aur main nahi chahti ki uski iss kamzori ka koi faayda uthaye...bas isiliye...vaise...voh ladka....voh kya naam hai uska...haan...Sumit...hai toh badha handsome...
Nidhi : hai naa???....maine toh pehle hi kaha tha...meri toh ye samajh nahi aata ki koi bhi ladki itne handsome ladke se naaraaz ho kaise sakti hai...achha ye chhodiye aap bataaiye ki aapne sumit se kya baat ki aur usne aap se kya kaha aur aap dono ne milke kya decide kiya...
Eks : ye sab chhod aur ye sun ki ab tujhe kya karna hai...
Eks goes near Nidhi and whispers something in her ears. Nidhi smiles and nods.
