Hi Jaani😊

First you go to any pic uploading site and upload your pic.

I always use www.imageshack.us 😛

Then you will get few links.....copy the last link (which is direct link)

Then on IF....go to settings icon which looks like this Settings

And then edit profile.......and scroll down to where it says signature

In that signature box paste your link..(for help use forum codes)

When you are done, click update profile.

If you are looking for video updates then we do not have video updates for Mar. 2005 becoz I just joined IF in Mar. 2005😉....and that time I didn't even know how to upload videos😆😛😊
