Hey u guys are so observant. I watched that episode but never noticed kk tummy. I think its all for jatin benefit as he thinks she is carrying his child drew!!!Can u imagine coming out of a coma or what ever and your wifes tummy has dissapeared before shes given birth!! lol 😆
So they finally they had to show it to match the story line.Maybe now kk will be allowed to behave like a pregnant woman instead of superwoman. 😉 😉

well norzar humare hussain ko romance se fursat mile tu sumit aur kumkum ka romance daikhne ko mile 😆
