"In sweets I like kaju katli, chocolate, souffls, banana split sundaes, ice-cream, brownies, I love them all! However, I have a controlled diet, healthy food habits and workout regularly at the gym. In my family we have a tendency to put on weight so I have to watch my diet. I don't go exactly by proportion but as a rule try to have less fats, decent carbohydrates and more proteins."
