Anyway, I think I’ve finally figured out how to survive this show.. I just hv to wait till the weekend and binge it all ek saath. Coz at this pace, watching it daily is torture. You wait the whole day for one episode and then it turns out to be this random filler nonsense with no real progress . At least if I watch it all together, maybe it'll feel like something actually moved forward.

I am actually dreading their romance because I am not connecting to Prarthana and her feelings. Why is Shivansh so important for her? What made her so overprotective of Shivansh that she is ready to ruin her whole life and keep promoting kumkum bhagya?

She connected to him on a personal level coz of his troubled childhood..both had a rough life, even if on surface it looked like he had it all. She saw through that and related to his pain. That’s what made her fall for him, made her want to protect him.

And then the way he always shows up at the right time, her knight in shining armor plus his good looks and charm .. See there are enough reasons for her to fall for him, so I don’t really mind that

What bugs me is her devotion. Like it’s ok to love someone with ur whole heart, it's ok to be protective but not when it costs u ur self-respect. And definitely not when u don’t even know where u stand in his life or if he even sees u as part of it..

I agree with you. It’s nothing but torture now. Especially way Prarthana is acting I am sorry but you cannot forget how he married you and he has not given you any rights . He calls it situationship.

Girl if u want to protect him protect him but this lovey dovey is too much. Be practical and fight for your right first. First expect him to accept you as his wife and tell you he cares for you or loves you and wants to be with you. Also Gayatri I like her for standing up for her sister and telling her stuff. But Pratz needs to make her own decisions and look at things through clear lenses. So I find Gayatri annoying at times. She should instead be like didi I will support your decision and I will be there for you at every step.

If they go with antihero theme he may not fall for her soon. He will definitely admire her and respect her. But only when she is away he gets restless . Remember when Buamaa told her to leave before Shivansh comes back. And when he was in his room and car.

Shivansh is taking Sona lightly but she is gonna attack. Sona has been wronged by Shivansh and family. And he needs to be taught lesson. But sona might be a psycho like Sonali of appnapan.

Where all bhagya shows females leads obsessed with kumkum bhagya? Or kundalini bhagya??? Or they did try to stand on their own?

Raunak has understood she is way out of his reach now. Deep down he’s accepted defeat.. Knows who she exactly belongs to. And as long as he's alive, he doesn’t stand any chance (not that he does afterwards but kya kare, delulu hai ) that’s why he said in the precap, “Mujhe mere pyaar ko haasil karna hai... aur uske liye tujhe marna hoga.”

Most of them were the same tbh.. obsessed with their kumkum bhagya. But yeah they did have their sassy moments here and there. I remember in Gen 3 when Monisha tried messing up RV-Purvi’s honeymoon but ended up in jail with RV instead and when he called Purvi, she was like - not my problem. u’re there coz of ur own stupidity, why should I bother?.. She had that attitude initially. Of course later she became pati obsessed but that phase was fun.

And yeah Prachi and Pragya did have proper revenge arcs but those were rare and only happened when they were seriously wronged like accused of having EMA by their husbands. Those were extreme cases..
