after a 20 years leap ... I loved Pragya as a mother more ... She was such a caring and understanding mother .... but when abhi came back in her life she forgot about Prachi and took her for granted .

I understand you two weren’t together for 20 years but that was because of your own ego problems but who suffered the most? It was Prachi! Her mother has always been too much into her husband that she just doesn’t comprehend what’s happening around her especially what’s happening with her daughters and how her sister in law cannot be trusted much! So it’s not really surprising she doesn’t speak or think about them, she has always been like that! Too much into her own love story which doesn’t seem to be out of problem either due to their own attitudes or by not punishing their wrongdoers! Heck she would all the time cry about her husband in front of Prachi, indirectly guilt-tripping her for having a guy like Ranbir! No wonder she tried to sacrifice her love for her mother! So this isn’t related to logic but her selfishness and her ‘my kumkum’ dialogues all the time!

Pragya's character was always nice when abhi wasn't in her life. Even during kiara leap, she was actually nice with king. And in prachi leap,initially until they all official met she was an amazing mother to prachi and supported her and was bold especially when prachi was in trouble like jewel thief case or drugs case or MMS or pranbir kidnapping. And she even wanted prachi to stop working for the Kohlis after the robbery case but she changed her mind only coz of Ranbir. And towards the end as well,I like how she blessed pranbir atleast. Although she should have waited for abhi to come and told him the truth and then done it but knowing abhi he wouldn't have believed them because how could Rhea do such a horrible thing? Impossible.
