True he has acted more in favour of ranbir than anything when against rhea, but when he got to know about rhea being behind the drug scandal when ranbir was in jail, even then he said nothing. It's such a lollipop for audience to show a character getting to now the truth, only to then not show them do anything. Aryan seems to be writers favourite for giving audience this lollipop. 🥱

Yeah aryan is a smart boy. And him suspecting his mother right away when the sim card went missing was very unexpected, but like you said, as he doesn't know her intentions, and neither does he know she has a motive behind targeting ranbir, he wouldn't think that his mother would do anything against ranbir.

Aryan can save Ranbir But he won't have the heart to harm his mother.

More than that, he doesn't know that aliya has any motive against ranbir. Nobody can imagine aliya is the mastermind behind such a huge plan against ranbir, and if we as the audience were not shown doing so, it would be hard for us to think why aliya would do this to ranbir either.

Again here Aliya made him promise her not to tell anyone and to support his sister. So it's too early for us to say anything about Aryan. It would be interesting if Aryan is the first one to find out his mother's real colours and intentions.

Exactly,if it was Rhea then he'd have easily understood her motive. No one would believe that a successful businesswoman in her mid 40s aka Aliya would go behind ruining a couple of 20year olds ka lives unless they know what all she is capable of. So far, no one in this generation or kohlis family know all that. It's one thing hating prachi for being a middle class and insulting her but it's another thing to make plans to ruin her life or support Rhea in doing that. Like abhi once said if Aliya tries liking prachi,Rhea might as well. Aliya is just so stern on hating prachi with no reason at all

And the thing is, if aliya got to know that prachi is her niece and started liking her, rhea's hatred and insecurity now runs so deep towards prachi that rhea would continue hating prachi, but also her insecurities would become far worse, as aliya is the only person who actively condones all of rhea's actions, supports her and babies her at every point. Aliya is rhea's biggest emotional support, and having to share aliya with prachi too would hurt her ego further.

Yeah at this point definitely. I meant from the beginning if Aliya hadn't encouraged Rhea's petty plans against Prachi and instilled her hatred then maybe even rhea wouldn't have asked Ranbir to agree with the bet and the whole thing wouldn't have happened. She might not like Prachi but not necessary to go out of her way to hurt her and ruin her life.

That's why it's certain that the future revelation of prachi being her sister will only deepen rhea's hatred and insecurities.... there may be a slight window of regret ( I hope) for what she has been doing to her own sister, but the likelihood is high that even if such a realisation happens with rhea, somewhere he seeds of hatred and insecurity are already so deep in rhea for prachi that getting to know prachi is her sister, hence has equal right over everything rhea deems hers alone will make rhea continue to hate prachi. It is aliya's reaction and stance upon the revelation that interests me the most. Would she still hate prachi? Would she still wish bad for prachi just for rhea's betterment? That's true. Aliya may this time melt towards prachi, but her love for her own blood this time may be surpassed for her need to hold on to the things she has that she has always wanted, i.e., a life with purab and control over mehra mansion. So there is a possibility she will decide to keep even prachi away from mehra's because prachi's entry in mehra house would mean pragya's entry too. There defo is a secret behind aryan that aliya is hiding which will come forth in the future. Convo's between purab and aliya have hinted this.
