That's why I said that majority of the people love Pranbir and new gen. it is the logical way to move the story forward.

I think they're threatened that abhigya will get further sidelined when pranbir love start. I am sure that exact thing is gonna happen in near future. Abhigya's story is literally is done now. I have so many ideas when it came to Pranbir and just haven't been able to pen it down because: a) I take forever when it comes to writing ; b) I just get distracted very easily 😆 and c) even the shortest of pieces turn into behemoths when they're at my mercy.

Also, don't you want to attract new viewers so that the show stays running for a longer period of time? Like... I don't really see what the problem is by having a new audience to cater to. If anything, it's the writers' fault for making Abhigya have the same old story line.

And tbh, Sriti and Shabir have given five years to this show and have made it what it is today. If they wish to take a little break from it so that they can work on some other projects on the side, then I say go for it! They've more than earned it.
