To be honest, I am cringing and it is sickening as I read the updates these days. I was on cloud 9 last week when I read about Pragya being alive and logged in to watch but was unable to watch since that time as I don't like what is transpiring. I ask the same question to the writers, Mitu. What the hell are they doing ? They want to butcher Abhi's character yet againš”. I didn't have the heart to blame the poor guy till now as he was a grieving husband who seemingly was in denial. But this is now becoming a little too much for me that he can't recognize the love of his life that too after what they have gone through till now.
No blame on Munni at all from my stand point. As we don't know anything about her personality so far, such as what she wants for herself, her outlook on life, her moral compass etc. All we know is that she takes care of the kids and that is really it. Just because she looks like Pragya, we can't assume she has Pragya's heart of kindness even to evil, her understanding, her habit of putting others before herself, or wishing for Abhi's happiness whatever be the cost is for herš . For all that we know, Munni may be somebody who wants a cushy life, she can be bedazzled by the riches and the endearing RS both of which she might want for herself . My point is " who knows" what she wants. So I can't blame her if she is falling for Abhi, Pragya's husband and wants him for herself. In other words, I have no expectations from Munni to be safe guarding the sanctity of Abhi, Pragya marriage for Pragya to come back and take overš
But what about Abhi? For all these years, I kept believing and preaching to everybody that Abhi didn't love Pragya for her physical appearance, but what is within her, her golden heart and the " very essence of Pragya". When that essence is missing in Munni, why isn't there any investigation whatsoever? I am so saddened by this. Pragya can be replaced by a look alike after all these years of so called " dil ka rishta" and nobody will even knowš and nobody will even miss heršš . She is somewhere unconscious, fighting for her life and not her mother, not her husband has any inkling of itš
If this is the case all the identical twins should be shaking in their shoes as their significant others' can't even recognize who is who. My hubby should be one of them. My now 7 year old, when she was about 5 months old, willingly let her uncle ( hubby's identical twin ) pick her up, she stared at him for less than a min before she started wailing to be put down. Fortunately, there is such a thing called instinct in all living things. The writers are butchering this very quality in Abhi which is sickeningš”
I just hope they have a solid reason as to why they are doing this. Otherwise, imagine what Pragya has to go through. She wakes up from her comatose/ almost dead state after 2 months and then has to get right into saving/protecting her husband from whoever wants to snag himš”š”. I am just grossed out by this. I don't know what the writers really want for the viewers to take away from this. They are for sure turning people away from being in love with your spouse so singlemindedly and unconditionally as you might have to be ever protective of this said husband from vamps, witches, look alikes š”š². I can't imagine a parent having to protect their child like this, let alone a wife
