Are you disappointed by Purab?

I was talking to a friend and she said that she was a bit upset about Purab firmly believing Pragya is dead. I can also see some viewers disliking the fact that Purab is discouraging Abhi. I find Purab being a very responsible friend by being with him and asking him to move on. Agree that they haven't found the dead body yet but even Bulbul was declared dead without her body being found. But having experienced the pain and heartbreak,I find Purab's actions appropriate and comforting.

What do you think? All discussions welcome :)

No.

1) He is being practical. Hurt in water and doesn't know swimming. How will she live? He was same for bulbul too.

2) He is Abhi's best friend. He wants him to not live in fake dreams.

3) He knows Prags is alive and he badly wants A to believe p died for their missions.

4) He searched her a lot and felt she is dead.

5) Because I feel story wise only A should believe P is alive 😛

Yes he accepted Bulbul's death even without seeing her dead body and may be wishing his bhai like bff to come to terms with his wife's death even without a dead body. 😭

While on surface above statement looks convincing, I suspect there is more than what is being shown to us..There was one scene where Purab was about to see Munni at concert entrance but he misses her by a fraction when she is right behind him. That scene was bit suspicious, there was no need of Purab to come back to entrance from inside the venue after he accompanied Abhi inside and also met Luthra brothers. We may know in this weeks episodes.. 😛

He is still the same Purab who didn't search much for BB also. Why would be behave anything different with Pragya who is obviously is wee bit less emotionally imp to him than BB.

I think body floating is assumed to be dead in soap world. He might be thinking Abhi is overdoing it by feeling Pragya is alive.

Am I disappointed with Purab? No, I wasn't expecting him to do more anyway.

It is Purab who always stood by Pragya, so him losing hope of finding her sounds odd. But it does not look like he is acting. Even if he is supporting Abhi and getting him prepared to accept if Pragya is really dead, then he must be carrying on his search discretely, but looks like he has left it at the hands of the police who have also abandoned search. His behavior looks odd, not his usual.

The whole show has turned upside down and has disappointed us in many ways. So I can't pick on just Purab for giving up and not searching.

Disappointed in Purab?! No, not at all. He has a role to play in this track, and it's not "believer in last hopes." That's for Abhi to do. I think Purab's been great!
