What drives the story is villains and their plots to separate leads not exactly the leads relation/story. It's never been shown that way.

@tia...my mother..aunties..nani..dadi..used to watch that kind of soap...where villans rule and they wanted badly to get the villains punished...but even today's viewers even though we want to see the villains...I love alia as a villain...we don't want this continuous stupidity and we want to see our leads in a love story...the tv viewing public is now of a younger age that are watching these shows and they are don't want the story to be stuck as kkb is in villains rule 99% of the time...and keep on ruling with the same scenario all the time...our generation are a lot more exposed to all types of films..books..and as such this stereotype indian drama does not really appeal to the younger audience and believe me the percentage of the younger viewing population is high...

Jokingly tanu is a pain in my side...she is supposed to be an antagonist...in the beginning alia was the real villain and a perfect villain is alia..but now tanu's character has overpowered and overlapped alia..and really her role is the same all the time..a very irritating character...i won't categorize her as a villain...sge is repelling instead of appealing as a villain...and this is my take on tanu..

Guys I have a question. First of all, Purab isss exposing Tanu. He gets slapped in front of everyone, including Abhi who is two inches away. How was anyone, including Abhi, supposed to block Tanu's thappar? Shes getting zaleeled and shes getting desperate that her truth is coming out, so I saw a slap as desperation of defeat. I mean, yeah it was annoying to see Purab get slapped, but to me, it didnt show her being powerful. It showed that she was mortified. Like how in every bollywood movie, when the bad guy gets exposed by the good guy, he still needs to battle it out before giving up! Thats how I saw it tbh.

One more thing that I think only I felt lol. Yes Tanu is horrible and deserves all the punishments shes going to get for doing all kinds of wrong she did to Abhi and Pragya and the good ppl on this show. But I wasnt super happy with Purab trying to indicate shes probably had more of such scandalous affairs and more hidden abortions in the past. I know Tanu is always quick to make such accusations abt Pragya...but thats because shes a villain and has no heart whatsoever.

But I dont expect the good characters on this show, like Purab, to make such chaste remarks abt a woman regardless of whether she deserves to be treated with respect and regardless of her reputation...if he doesnt have proof. Yes he could be absolutely right! But idk...I felt like Purabs accusation of Tanu sleeping with other men in the past besides Nikhil was pushing it. Tanu deserves to be pubilcly humiliated and punished. But for the hundreds of things SHE HAS DONE.

That whole scene in general was blah for me for that reason.
