This is my feeling - To err is human, let KKB creatives accept it and move on, rather than using a word 'Logic' to cover up some of their most prominently visible creative and scripting flaws they have been continuously making in a fictional romantic cum family 'drama' supposedly set in current times.
Lets take only one example from the show for this context, which again deals only with drama not any logic. It may be long to read but some of you may enjoy reading it.
Ok now male lead of this show is not any normal lay man, his character sketch is that of a popular page 3 celebrity, a very rich Rockstar of the country who still has substantial market demand with huge fan following and who gets covered widely in social, web, print and electronic media. 😉
When one such lead loses memory of last 2.5 yrs of his life in Aug 2016, with the health scare used by the writers, there is no logic needed for even a normal viewer with average IQ to expect that Abhi won't remember his marriage, love, wife, different relations he forged in those 2.5 years, and new songs he composed and sung - this is purely as per ML drama scenes built by writers & cvs.
Yeah..its not logic but common sense after ML track started when Abhi first time doesn't recognize Arora house, didn't remember his in-laws in the show, doesn't relate to Pragya as wifey but treats her as some fan Nikitha. Viewers could easily connect to those scenes, no logic needed. 😆
Had the male lead suffered retrograde amnesia of 25 years of his life and not 2.5 years in the show, its again common sense for a normal viewer to easily relate when he won't remember Mitali Bhabi and her two kids, servants like Robin, his professional circle and moreover his childhood friend cum bhai Purab, who came into his life much later. How much ever diverse the viewership of this show may be, one doesn't need deep knowledge of medical science or analytical skills for accepting this. 😆
Now will the world or Abjhi's inner circle suddenly forget overnight, over a week or over a month that Mitali, her kids, and Purab have been anytime related to Rockstar's life even if Abhi supposedly forgets? may be they won't talk before Abhi, if family warns them about his health scare. Will writers then also make such scripting flaws? We as regular viewers have been mostly giving feedback about the same fictional drama created by them and not seeking deep driven logic dealing with scientific, mathematical, medical, legal, accounting or analytical books. I think that much learning's most of us have already got from hindi especially Balaji shows.
What if Abhi forgot that him being a Rockstar after his car accident, then will it be shown that this country overnight fails to recognize him as Rockstar Abhi, fails to remember his music and fails to remember that Dadi is Rockstar's grandmother and Aliya is Rockstar's sister, as per same drama? Now there is no logic here its all about fictional drama. 😆
Pragya, Sarla ma, Dadi, Aliya, Purab, Mitali etc. are normal people and not celebrities, so world cum media as per drama has been shown to know them more as some one linked to a popular Rockstar, more than on their individual capacities.
May be writers/Cv could have inserted few simple disclaimers or voice overs when ML track started during Aug 2016 that in this new track or so called season 2 of KKB, only both families know about Abhi's marriage to Pragya in the past and nobody else in the world is aware or may be has forgotten that Rockstar was married once. 😃
Some fictional daily/weekly serials do use disclaimers and voice overs when they roll out different seasons or major tracks, nothing uncommon such creative liberties can always be taken and communicated to viewers, reducing their confusions and annoyance. BTW except for Abhi remaining world and media still remembering Rockstar was married to some normal girl called Pragya could have given scope for huge drama, fun, MU's, thrilling and dhamaka scenes worth atleast 4-5 weeks episodes fetching the show some good TRP's. 👏
