I have lots of memories about her and her activities, but I couldn't forget these memories which she created on that day, when she was intoxicated.
All I can say was she will be Hypothetical Girl, when she was drunken. When I enquired her about how she had drinks, she said that the cool drink was not nice, so she had the drink which Akash had. That too three shot. I analyzed the glass and came to know its Vodka. I stood shocked. I don't know what I gonna do now. I slowly made her to stand and said that we are leaving to home, but she insisted that she wanted to dance. I refused to accept but she pouted with a childish smile, I agreed.
She took me together with her, and we both danced together. (Watch Tamma Tamma Again video, just think that Pragya was drunken, Abhi dancing along with her) I didn't know where could that thought strike my mind to dance, that too with her. She was an awesome dancer, seeing her anyone would say that she was not intoxicated. I realized one thing and that was about me, I am good in dancing. Exploring myself because of her. Later we stepped out of the PUB, I didn't expect my travel to her house gonna last so long today. Because she wants to walk for a while.
She asked me to count all the stars, I said that stars are countless, she hold my hands and rested her head on my chest, with her innocent face she asked that I should do this for her. I couldn't handle her innocent face anymore, this face and her closeness, planting a new feeling inside me. To shut her questions, I just said a lengthy digit number like 568896 stars. She stopped at her track and looked at me with a surprised look.
She asked me whether I counted really, I said yes as it's her wish, and if she couldn't trust she can recount it again. She smirked and looked up to count, and stopped, I realized that she understood that I am making fool out of her. She turned to my side and said that I am a Smarty. I chuckled and started our travel. She refused to come in auto rickshaw because she wants to enjoy the night by roaming. What in earth made her think of roaming all over night.
I said a lie to her that standing for so long in the PUB made my legs to suffer in pain, I couldn't walk anymore. She immediately said me to call an auto rickshaw, I looked at her with a thought I would have said this before itself, maybe I would have avoided this long walk. We reached her home, The watchman opened the gate, and the auto rickshaw entered inside the compound of her home. Hearing the sound of the vehicle, I saw her parents came out. I stepped out from the auto rickshaw and asked her to come out. She came but she stumbled. Her shoes got slipped from her leg. I asked her to hold the auto Rickshaw and bend down to correct her shoes. I can feel the gaze of her parents on me.
She was blessed to have a understanding parents like Ram uncle and Sarla Aunty, they understood the situation, and asked her to come in. But today we are not handling Pragya, we are handling Grown up child Hypothetical Pragya.
I was shocked when she asked me to take her inside home by lifting her in my arms. I stood numb there, as I have no answers what to do next. To my surprise Sarla aunty asked me to lift her in my arms and get in. Have you guys seen any parents like this? I was shocked, confused, surprised and amused.
I didn't respond for a moment that irked her, because I am not following her wish, she pushed me and she tried to get inside the home herself. She stumbled, I thought myself, not in conscious still her ego hurts.
I followed her and said that I will take her inside but she refused, which hurts me a little by the way she pushed me. Again I tried; she didn't let me to touch her. She stumbled again and was suppose to fell, I can hear her parents screaming sound, before she could reach the ground my arms surrounded her waist and her shoulder, I scoop her and took inside the home, I can see she was covering her mouth with her palm with a shocking expression, her eyes are widened. Her parents followed us.
I entered inside her room, for the first time, that too holding her like this. Sarla aunty guided me to lay her in the bed. She rested her head in the pillow, I covered the devut and was suppose to leave the room, she held my hands and said to spend some more time with her. I looked at her parents, they nodded and left. I felt awkward, alone in her room, with her in her bed. My thoughts are not worse, still I feel awkward. She held my hands and asked me that as today I stopped her from falling down, will I be there for her all through her life to stand beside her. I wondered, why she asked like that. I agreed and said I will be there for her always, I wont leave her for any reason.
Today she spent more time with me compare to other days. I can see the new side of My Pragya. She is too innocent. But the way she asked me to be with her always, raised a thought inside me that she has some intense feeling which she hadn't shared with anyone, and that was bothering her. I promised, that I won't leave her for any cost.
I looked around her room, I can see many pictures of hers and uncle Aunty and Bulbul. Yes, I knew Bulbul, Since I came to know Alia was Bulbul's friend. One picture stopped my gaze.
It was a picture of Pragya took with Purab. She was hugging Purab from the side of him, and she was kissing in his cheek like burring her lips, Purab was giving a shocking expression. What was that? My thoughts started to flow some where else. I couldn't see it anymore. An unknown jealousy filled inside me.
I turned to other side, I can see she was sleeping peacefully. I was leaving her room, but stopped by her sleep blabbers, she said that I was the one person she likes the most and she don't want to lose me. I recollected her words again, and repeated for enormous times. She don't want to lose me. Why.? One side Purab and the other side My Pragya, which direction my life gonna move was the confusion, I left the room.
I was returning back to my home, my mind was recollecting the words, of Ram uncle. Pragya was their blessed child, after 15 years of longing for child, her parents were blessed. That was the reason for her enthusiastic behavior. Since it's a long waiting and due to critical in delivery time, she came to this world soon, I mean it takes 9 or 10 months for a baby to come to this world, but My Pragya came in 7 and half months. Her parents believe in her, and she respect their belief.
My Pragya was just an Angel.
The next day I reached college to check whether she came or not, I entered inside the classroom, to see her sitting with a sad face. I came and sat near her, immediately she rested her head on my shoulder.
She started the conversation, that yesterday due to Akash's birthday bash she forgot to register for her volleyball tournament, now again she wants to register means, she wants to play from the beginning. I advised her to register, as playing from the beginning was not a bad idea, and she would get practiced if she plays from the beginning. I noticed her face getting brighter; she immediately thanked me and ran from there for registering.
Last semester for second year gonna over, as the same, Purab was leaving the college, there was a farewell party in our college. This party I will never forget in my life. Because I got my new identity in this party only, that too because of My Pragya.
In the party, Pragya announced that I am going to sing, my college mate no one knows that I sing. Even in the PUB too, Only Pragya recognized me. Everyone mocked me that I will spoil the party, which hurts me. But the fact was, No one knew me well. Purab came near me, and said to go ahead. But Pragya dragged me to the stage. She said me sternly to sing a song. I got nervous. My feet are going numb, I am shivering inside, in stage, in front of my college students and staffs, I can see even Ram uncle also present there, because he was one of the trustees there. He was clapping his hands, to encourage me.
I hold the mike in my hands, my words were not helping me today, a fear, an unknown fear surrounded me, I am alone, I gonna spoil everyone's mood today, No! Already being avoided by everyone was a great pain, I don't want to hold this mockery too. I stepped back and decided to get off the stage. Finally my gaze met hers. She was standing straight in front of me near the stage. She gave thumbs up sign and shouted "You can do it Rockstar!!" everyone are murmuring here and there, in that silent environment her voice and words encouraged me, boosted me. For the first time I heard she calling me Rockstar' it clearly gave a thought to me that she had trust in me and my talent. I don't want to break it.
I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, only she was in my mind, her smiling face, her words. After a few seconds, my lips and mouth composed to the words through my throat, my voice helped to the tune and mind and heart threw the feel of the song to the audience there. (Tum se hi song he sung).
I heard everyone's clap and shouting sound, I can see the expressions in everyone's face. That they were been so wrong with my outlook. But the acknowledgement I received for singing, was the biggest happiness for me on that day. I bend and thanked everyone for spending their precious time to listen me singing.
She screamed from the crowd "You rocked it.. Rockstar..!!" Again she mentioned me as Rockstar', she didn't stopped there. She ran and came to the stage, the speed she came, the happiness I was holding, altogether, she hugged me infront of all in the stage, and I just took her and twirled without breaking the hug.
At the moment, I felt complete. I felt I am in love with her.
Yes I love Her.
