I liked today's epi. It had a different tone and feel to it. No taaliya barking at Pragya. No Purgya. A lot of abhigya - with the kind of stuff I've been wanting to see.👍🏼
The gola scene was good. So Abhi brings up the topic of making Pragya look hot and cool to change others' opinions. This is the kind of stuff I've been waiting for!! No, not wanting to change how she looks. Their conversation. Abhi puts it a nice way that he likes her the way she is, how she looks at everything from her heart. He says he wants to prove to others that she's not dull and boring. I liked how he spoke to her, taking the trouble to choose the right words.
Finally Pragya says no in her own way. She pushed back.👍🏼 Throwing the gola was a nice touch. See, this is the disagreement I've been waiting for. She says she's fine the way she is and she's ok with whatever others think of her. Both of their lines were good. Pragya says she'll go along if it makes him happy. The way they worked that out was perfect. Nice scene.
Abhi is obsessed with Pragya's dulhan look, I guess. He covers her head with her dupatta. I loved Pragya's Shahrukh Khan test for Abhi, lol!👏😆 She waits to see if Abhi will turn back before he got into the car. And YES! He turns back and looks at her. Pragya was so happy. I loved that little scene. Good for Pragya!!😊
Rocky tells Tanu to move on! Way to go, Rocky!👍🏼 Good he yelled at Tanu for breaking up his friendship with Abhi.
OK, I didn't get tabhi scene. Abhi stole Tanu's clothes to see how Pragya will look in them??😲 Why did the writers even prolong that scene with Tanu wanting to model the gown for him and then have him touch her? Ouch, my fingers hurt typing those words. And did Abhi actually say "black sheep" to her when she asked him how she looked?🤣 Abhi just froze and had that petrified look on his face. It was hilarious. IDK if writers wanted to show the contrast of how he's with Tanu and Pragya. That scene was funny. Abhi said he wanted to surprise Tanu with gowns. But I think Tanu will get a shock of her life when she sees Pragya in a gown at the party.
The last part of the epi was a makeover for Pragya. Abhi goes overboard and gets bags of outfits, shoes, and stylists for Pragya. Sarla ma holding up the clothes to make fun of how small or short they were was a bit canned. Pragya in the "little black dress" was definitely a throwback to the black dress scene before Puliya's sangeet. She was covering her legs with a pink dupatta then. Sriti did a great job acting uncomfortable in the dress, shoes, and make up. Slowly their relationship is getting better, like between equals. She's getting comfortable to be herself with him. I like this.
I forgot the context and the villains. Luckily there was no Aliya and dadi in today's epi. I just watched the epi for what it was. Pragya's goal is to help Abhi get his memory back. Maybe by recreating past events. Definitely covering her head like a dulhan and the black dress are about reminding him of his past.
I don't get the feeling that Pragya will be set up to be mocked or humiliated at the party. Taaliya may try but Abhi won't let that happen. But we can expect some kind of retaliation from taaliya.
Precap - Abhi says she doesn't have to go through this makeover if she doesn't want to. Nice. I'm guessing Pragya will want to? Nice, normal epi.
