Rishu I first posted without colors but then colored them.. you know why.. I wanted to get noticed for the colors and the CVs did exactly the same thing. They brought new colors, new background every year.. and caught people's attention (not us, the TRP audience).. and that's it.. once they have attention, they churn out the same thing.
