How about one of the drivers? Pragya can't drive so one of the drivers would've had to have taken her to the lawyer's office. Abhi could have called one to see where Pragya was. The driver would've called Abhi back and told him where they were, like when Pragya called the driver for Abhi's whereabouts on their wedding night.
Raj is a possibility but not very probable. Yes, he knows that Tanu is lying about the baby but he's not in on the whole lawyer business with Nikhil. Maithali doesn't yet know about Nikhil's role in this whole thing. All she knows is that Pragya and Abhi are divorcing because of Tanu. It is 2am in the lawyer's office. Who would call Raj about the situation? Would Alia? Raj already nixed the idea of working together unless he's changed his mind. Or Akash as he is his brother and thought that he would bail him out? But Akash hasn't revealed to Raj that he's been helping Pragya. Only Dadi, Purab, Ronnie and Rachna know. Why would Raj send Abhi instead of coming himself? Does he want stay off Alia, Tanu and Nikhil's radar about helping Pragya?
