LOL agree.. It reminds me of your nemesis post .. She is under consistent radar and constant basing for lot of things that she is not responsible for.. Some claims are too silly..

Because legal stuff works like that ..Once Pragya chrages a complaint against Mithali , she will become the partner in crime as the signatures still belong to Raj..Court/legal system holds Raj responsible for his signature where ever he signs on assert papers unless he is drugged or not in senses while doing signature.. .. He cant escape from the punishment saying I have not seen which document I was signing and trapped by my wife .. The possible way is .. Mithali has to ownup the crime declare a statement saying that .. She has intentionally misled Raj to get his signs

And comes to Mithali .. She is greedy and she did a mistake out of that greediness ..but still loves her children .. That cannot make her bad mom ..

Tanu loves her baby too...
She keeps worrying about it once a while like it being born in jail etc..
May be Tanu is not bad too.. May be Tanu shouldn't be punished too...

It's ok you can do anything but if you love ur kids, you not be punished..
Instead let a innocent suffer..

Regarding the law..
Husband and wife have some trust and bonding on each other.
When a wife/ husband asks for signs they may nt read it fully...

When they are cheated, they do have a way to challenge it.may be Raj will be punished for not reading the papers with a fine. That doesn't mean a cheater will set free...

lol by this logic that Mitali should not be punished, then Tannu should not be punished too! She wants her baby to have a famous rockstar dad than a random wannabe producer!! Of course Abhi will give more secured future to the baby than Nikhil!

About law, Aalu could bail out Raj. Daadi or Raj's parents would have bailed out if Pragya told them about Mitali.
Daadi trusts Pragya to T so she would have of Course believed her over Mitali. I don't see how Raj would be in jail after that.
Mitali didn't need to go to jail either. They could handle it at home as they are doing now. But Raj would have been saved from rotting in jail for months and months and turning so vicious.

ann , sorry this is not reply to your post ..and bear with me if it is out of topic..

I wanna clear things for who ever linking my explanation about Mithali not being a bad mother to Tanu..

By which logic Tanu makes a good mom ??? I never thought some one figures out a logic to call her a good mom .. If it is your sympathy to wards Tanu and dislike towards Pragya or any other underlying reason , that is up to you and perfectly fine with me ..

But If you are rationalizing my logic and applying to every other damn character in KB , I would like to clear the things .. I try my best possible to stick to topic and when did I say Mithali should not be punished ?? Please go through my posts again , I never said Mithali is innocent .. I never mentioned about Tanu .. I said Mithali cannot be called as bad mother ( This is completely relative to the context and their kids and Pragya's reason to not to share the info) because they never showed even one instance that Mithali put Bunty or Bubly on stake to get some thing done. That does not mean I am saying Mithali should not be punished

I only said Pragya is not responsible for Raj's change or he being behind bars !! I said Pragya need not to take fight against whole world for every person she knows specially when has his wife and whole family with him..I said she believed in other reasons to not to share the information she knows that are understandable for me .. I said who ever is responsible for Raj to go behind bars Mehras should have shown an ounce of respect and trust towards Raj. But they did not .. which is wrong and which caused the change in him ..

Where did Tanu being mom or Abhi come in to this picture?

And to answer the questions.. What if Abhi has done this to Pragya and done that to Pragya?

I can frame 1000 questions like that .. to start with What if Abhi validates well before pulling Pragya and whole family into revenge marriage ?

What if Abhi handovers Aliyah to police immediately after MMS fiasco ? All the madness wouldn't have stopped at that moment ??

You have every right to share your perspective ..I request you to stop assuming things about my perspective and rational and applying it to all other characters and put it as that is verdict ..

These people need a scape goat for blaming that is Pragya.Why should Pragya take the responsibility for Raj what happened to his parents,brother, his wife,sister Aliya.When Pragya had her own problems to solve.

All those people u mentioned do not know Raj is innocent.
The only person who knows it is Pragya.

If you know someone is innocent and is suffering wouldn't u speak up for him.
I will...so I expect Pragya to do it so...

Not to make here a scape goat. You may sympathise for Pragya good nature and tears, I do not because I belive her problems are because of herself.

Mehras dint trust Raj, it was their mistake. True... One should trust their blood.

Pragya knew the truth and still was quiet. may be mehras wouldn't have done that.

Alia knows the truth and yet she was quiet.. But she is the villain( negative character) of the show. She is not shown as an inspiration or a good natured lady, Pragya is shown.

Why is Pragya responsible - because we expect things from her.
Why do I expect things from her? Because she was shown as someone who cannot see injustice in the show.

She had problems to solve and forgot Raj. Her probelm was solved by Abhi... She should have solved Raj probelm.
This is expected only because she knows Raj is innocent and the innocent is getting punished.

@Rishu Mehra's don't believe Pragya either its not just Raj.If Pragya told Abhi or other members of the family that Raj is innocent they would have believed her ,comeon they are Mehras and everybody were busy sending Pragya out and they would have asked proof.
When Mithali told everything and said Pragya asked her to tell did they believe Pragya they believed Mithali so how do you expect her to prove it.
