It depends, Sanya.
In criminal law, the person who plans the crime is equally if not more guilty than the person who carried out the crime. The person who pulls the trigger alone is not responsible for the crime, the one who planned is too.
As for lives at risk, Sarla ma got a heart attack because of Tanu and also because she saw how Abhi was angry with Pragya earlier. If her life is at risk now, it was at risk before too.
BB got hurt so many times because of Taaliya. Aroras lives have been at risk since Pragya's marriage. What applies now should apply back then too, right?
My post was not intended for criminal law.
Yes, every time whatever happened of Arora's, Pragya was not aware of their intentions or rather she was never involved in it.
But this time she is very much part of the game.
Earlier it just happened, now she has an idea it can happen due to outcome of the risks she has been taking.
She is no more oblivious to the danger, and now when she is, she should have pulled the plug.
And her motives are clear, it has been shown again and again that she wants to turn back to Fuggy and go straight in Abhi's arms.
Can we really justify this motive for all the calculative risks she has been taking?
