Proving Tannu's baby is not Abhi's is more than enough to expose Tannu. If Pragya somehow tricks Tannu to give a blood sample and then compares it with Abhi's DNA and shows to Abhi the baby is not his, problem solved. She is not thinking of this solution at all, but focussing on the baby daddy. Baby daddy can lie but Tannu's DNA can't lie.
She could order everyone to get their blood tested for something (family disease screen) and secretly take Abhi with her to forensics so that he himself knows the result.
Then Tannu is screwed.
