Bad, bad, bad!!! Everything is going very bad!
I' furious and I don't want to see Nikhil again. Didn't he just say that he hates cheaters??? Now he is one of them. I guess my expectations are too high, but this... I was sure that he won't tell the truth and will say that he is inlove with a girl, but to bring her in their house ???? This bothers me the most. Because if he would just talk about another woman, then Pragya wouldn't believe him. But now... I have doubts that she will leave him and forget about their relation.
And there is something more that surprised me. Did you too see Tanu's expression when she looked at Nikhil and that girl??? It seemed to me, or she was jealous? I watched that part 4 times. I saw jealousy on her face. Oof!!! Maybe I got crazy because of this turn of.
No matter how upset I am, I have to say that Abhi is fabulously charming and his talent to make Pragya falling inlove with him is growing everyday along with his love for her.

Maybe they will seperate and still live in the same house with another track and after that then maybe they would get together. I don't think CV's would go down that route where they are not in the same frame because most of the trps it is because of the lead couple...

Nov. 25 epi - Unwanted and unnecessary turn today

Hey all, just to let you know, my post is a rant, vent, and a lament about the episode and the show. I don't have many good things to say!

Nikhil-Sonali is a wasted turn in today's episode. Nikhil doesn't want to lose contracts with Abhi so he can't afford to reject Aaliya outright. That leaves Pragya with nothing. It was an intelligent move on her part. She went with a premise. But now she's stuck. I feel when she zoomed in on Nikhil, her mission goal should have changed. She should have focused on exposing Takhil relationship to Abhi inside of baby daddy. She tried to create that doubt in Abhi when she tried to seduce him, but didn't go further. She should have set them both up sending false messages, etc or whatever. Why CV's didn't just go with DNA route beats me. Well, this wild chase allows the dragging...

Villains are growing in KKB. Doubt Pragya can win over enemies she doesn't know she has! That's setting her up for failure. Unnecessary! What bias against Pragya as a character!

Abhi - Pragya relationship in all its forms has too many contradictions. Is mugambo going to be won over by Abhi? As in will she as mugambo fall for Abhi? Or will she just tell him she's actually fuggy and end this drama? Abhi seems to be genuinely loving mugambo. For some reason, I find that hard to believe. Yes, he seems genuine. Yes, its really good to watch those scenes. But the problem is its not making sense. As Pragya keeps asking - why? Why is he now falling in love with mugambo? Especially since he hated mugambo from the start. And he hated that she cheated him.

So this whole love triangle - fuggy, mugambo and Abhi is a complete nonsense to me. Either CV's need to show a monologue or a mental convo that he's realized she's really Pragya. I know that's not going to happen! Or a real convo between the both of them about Pragya and her mission. Doubt if that'll happen. Showing them both as if they are 2 real people really in love when there is so much confusion if they're telling the truth is sheer manipulation by writers. I feel I'm being tricked every time I watch the episodes. This is pandering for ratings. A misleading storyline, I don't think, can sustain for long!

If Abhi was just playing Pragya to get his money back, I'm going to be so furious. If the show dares to go there, then I'm done.

Not just the episode, the show is taking an unwanted turn.

What is KKB about? Where is it going now?

I checked out Ekta Kapoor's interview about the show when I first began to watch the show. She said she tore off the script 4-5 times because the writers didn't have anything new or different. She also said in an interview that her shows give viewers what they want to see and also what they don't know they want! How does she do that? IDK!

One other thing that interested me is the "innovation" Ekta showed for KKB. The main writers are Anil Nagpal and Vikas Tiwari. They've done successful shows. But I think the group of writers are brand new. Ekta scouted for writing talent in 2005 from all over India - from every corner of India but not from Mumbai. So out of 1,000 people interviewed, only 50 made it. These 50 people were between the ages of 19-25! So a group of writers who're 29-35 are now writing the script for this show. It looks like their perspectives on family, love, and marriage are dominating the show.

The content from this group, no wonder to me, is too contemporary! One thing I noticed is there is nothing sacred in KKB story. Other than family as a theme that seems to serve well, grandparents, parents, siblings, marriages, boyfriend-girlfriend relationships - everything is shown quite negatively.

Love is a tool to commit crimes.

Marriage is a tool to punish people.

Good and smart mean nothing.

Hate is powerful and attractive.

Lying and manipulation is ok.

Adultery and affairs are part of life.

Yes, I get the fact serials thrive on drama and conflict. Point is, if not a balance, there needs to be an ounce of truth and good winning at least 10% of the time? Not in this show!

I loved the first 150 epis where nothing harmed Pragya as she was a pure and good (yes a bit like Harry Porter like Neha said). It was also about karma for me.

The name Pragya (actually spelled Prajna is sanskrit) stands for knowledge and enlightenment (religious) and wins against all. I don't see that in Pragya. Sometime I wonder if she's being ridiculed! She's smart, but she's not winning in her life. Maybe she will. But it's not easy for her to win. So what's the message? Smart people are losers?

I miss Ravindra Gautam, the director in the beginning of the show. Now the show is not as good it was. Now under Sameer Kulkarni and Sharad Pandey, direction is not as good. Looks like the budget is cut. Its shoddy editing and filming!

Overall, I don't like where the show is going. I don't like writers building episodes on lies. Young and innovative as these writers maybe, their material needs to come from a wider selection of experiences that are not too cynical.

Hi Nads, I just got done watching those scenes 😆! Once that idea got in my head, just had to do it! 😆

The camera angles were pretty bad. They focused either on Pragya's or Abhi's face not both in the bed scene. Yeah, you're right, when the camera was focusing on Pragya, it was like Abhi was looking past her without eye contact. In close ups, the camera focused on only only one of them at a given time. Wonder if they're working with one camera because of budget problems?? It was pretty bad actually. 😆

The situation is getting very dice. Nikhil didn't want to burn bridges in his business relationship with Abhi and played his cards in greed. About Pragya -Nikhil talks, very dangerous. if Nikhil knows Pragya knows about him and Tanu, then Taaliya-Raj will all know. Maybe the story is heading that way. There's talks Pragya may be atacked again. Linking his business deal with her baby truth may not happen. Abhi won't be in the mood to do any business with a guy who played along and framed him as the father.

Yeah, but it's Pragya who owns the property, not Abhi. So she's the one in a position to call the shots. And yeah, she can tell Nikhil not to mention anything about her knowing to Taliya or Raj, if he wants that contract. She can toss in all sorts of conditions.

In any case, once Nikhil blows Tanu's cover, it's out, and whether Taliya know about what Pragya knows will be completely irrelevant. Once Abhi knows, everyone knows.

Opposite is true now! Everyone knows except Abhi! 4 people know for sure. Dadi, Purab, and bb via Pragya! Its sheer drama between the know and know-nots!
