Looks like dog tags are related to pragya's confession, disappeared after kidnapping track and again made an entry once she took back her confession (abhi went to pragya's house to bring her back).
Disappeared again once he had doubt on Pragya's intentions.
It may come back once abhi will start hating Pragya completely but that might not happen ever.
