Abhi hasn't been a husband and that's why this poll doesn't make sense to me. It's too early to judge if he is layak or not. It's like he claimed I want to be the worst husband and later I don't want to be a husband and we are judging him of not being a good husband.

The point is he is a good person and has been solid support for Pragya and her family all along that if one has to be a good person to "deserve" to be fasted for, he does.

But if a wife is in love and/or believes in KC, she will fast for her husband anyway whether he or she is layak or not.

And Abhi did not ask Pragya to fast for him, he was only answering his question if she is fasting she would be Fuggy, the woman he knew as before!

KC fast is for husbands. If one is not a husband, one does not qualify to be fasted for.

It is perhaps a question of interest whether Pragya is layek of keeping a KC fast. A separate poll could be made on that question.

Who said only married men get to be fasted for? Many unmarried women fast for their lovers/boyfriends. Some men get fasted for by women they don't even know.. they will meet and marry them later. :-). One doesn't need a tag of a relationship to express emotion.

As per Abhi and husband go, it's not even clear if he is technically still a husband! Whatever happened to that divorce thing he signed, we don't know..

PS: In all odds, he is layak because he has earned Pragya's love.

lol leave alone boy friend last month one vrat.. My grand mom asked me to do so tad I get a good husband and a good life
I was like please.. 😆 imagine my reaction when I am asked to fast for someone I don't even know.

It is at least for you, Rishu.. for you to be lucky to have a good husband. But some unmarried girls do KC for the long life of their honewala husband... some would know who that husband is gonna be, some wouldn't even know.

it's my impression that the fast of karwa chauth is for married women. is that incorrect?

I already did. Yesterday, after breakfast, my next meal was at 8pm. So I call that fasting. It was a few days after kc, so I call it a belated kc fasting for Abhi. 😆

Generally married women do it, but it is extended to unmarried women too. And like Rishu said, there are many other fasts in various parts of the country done by unmarried girls with relation to their honewala pati.

See this is why BB is doing it for Purab. Tannu is doing it for whoever.😆

Why should everyone on IF fast for abhi ? Lol I don't agree with this.. He always confuses everyone.
10 people are having 10 opinions on him. He is damaging our brains.
So no fast from our side to abhi..
