Is this Tanu preg track, Pragya new avatar track, save Abhi track? It's a recycling of past themes of deception and irony but with a different ending. Just sharing my opinion!
First, Abhor mu'ed Pragya, deceived and married her to help his sister. Taaliyabhi planned and plotted so many times to expose Pragya, but never won because there was nothing to expose. Thinking she's a gold digger, Abhi showed his worst side and didn't want to accept her as his wife - all for his sister. He didn't like playing that role and complained many times to Aliya. Aliya called all the shots then and asked him to do her bidding until she marries Purab. Pragya returns his anger/meanness with love and understanding. Example is drunk driving accident. Her selfless nature softened his anger and changed their relationship. Through that phase, Pragya realizes he has a good heart and falls in love with him. Here Abhi is the torturer (mugambo Abhi) and Pragya the tortured. Both love each other but separate.
Now it's the same game of deception and irony only roles are reversed for the story to come full circle.
Pragya is no longer under the MU that her husband is the father of Tanu's baby. Pragya uses deception as a fake gold digger to save him from his sister and stop his marriage to Tanu. She's playing Abhi's game now. Now it's her turn to show her worst side to Abhi just to be successful in her plan to save Abhi. Like Abhi, she's doesn't like to play this role and complains to dadi. Now it's her turn to plan, plot, and expose Taliya. It's Abhi's turn now to receive what he dished out to her in the past. He seems to return her meanness with love now. Example is Dussehra fire rescue. I think we'll see more changes in him. My prediction is for the upcoming festivals we'll see a more traditional Abhi appreciating old Pragya. That's the point of this phase - Abhi's transformation on many levels! How will the trust issues between them be solved, don't know. Now she's the torturer (mugambo Pragya) and Abhi is the tortured!
In the past, Pragya fell in love with mugambo Abhi.
Now will Abhi fall in love with mugambo Pragya and later realize both are the same?
What next?
I know we're frustrated at the pace and storyline. I actually like this role reversal. It's not out of spite or as tit for tat. There's something about returning hate (or fake hate) with love that impresses me! Like the way the writers have played with this theme!
