Abhi should be definitely hurt by this plan because his most near and dear ones are keeping him in dark. But isn't that his own medicine?
And If he feels hurt by any one , then that should not be Pragya , that person should be his own Dadi. Here we need to understand Pragya is being played too against her own will to do so.
And the most import point is Abhi does not have right to blamePragya or evenDadi now as Abhi is paying back to his own deeds.
BecausePragya was earlier helping Abhi to keep Dadi in dark and now helping Dadi to keep Abhi in dark. When he appreciated Pragya's act then standing with him to keep truth under covers and he should do that now too.
All the while he has done the same thing with his Dadi using Pragya( of course with Pragya's willing ness). He has kept Dadi in dark thinking of her health and well being .
He never confessed with his Dadi about his revenge marriage plan, his extra marital affair and about his girl friend's pregnancy . he played a lot to hide these things from Dadi .
Now Dadi is doing the same with name of Abhi's well being. The only difference I can see here is Pragya is taking part of the plan against her will. Abhi had her support voluntarily.

Hi Raji, an excellent point you brought up and I want to clarify (just my standpoint and take, it may be right or wrong I don't know, just a take)
I did consider this angle before writing and as I mentioned in the preamble I don't understand Daadi's decision so I can't comment on why she wants to hide, but I can justify why I find Abhi's action justifiable. Consider the following points (these were my triggers - you may or may not agree to them and that's absolutely ply :). )
- Abhi doesn't introspect it's not in his nature (maybe not unles he had bullets inside him and he's dying) if he loves some he will walk an extra mile for them if he hates one he will bash them. Simple ideology
- How much ever his love for his daadi is true and for that he kept her in the dark for her benefit. The truth is, and many may disagree to this but today Pragya is more close to him than daadi (as in fuggy) that's why when in the past when daadi scolded him and turned him down in the Tanu khulasa, he had turned to Pragya for solace but when fuggy went missing or even after receiving her letter when he wrote about her in his diary in that month, he didn't go to daadi for solace. So you see what I am trying to show? Even while motivating mogambo Pragya daadi said if Abhi is hurt he will come to her, but did he go? He made Pragya wear specs turned her to fuggy and went to her or his fuggy doll. Can you see the change in alligemce? Earlier daadi was the lender of last resort now it's Pragya so he dies love her more. Hence her hiding the truth from him will imply knock the wind out of him
- daadi is a major fault and her actions have hurt Abhi but not as much as Pragyas
- and the fiction starts stating that everything happened in a rush within 24hrs and by the end daadi fell, so you think there was anytime for Prags to explain that she was pushed into this? My point is there is still probably s lot to be cleared, but this was Abhi's first reaction and it was so drastic that Pragya felt her world has collapsed
- that's why I didn't continue further now readers can choose in their head whether Prags will convince him with the points you have mentioned or lose him because if the point he mentioned.
At if the day it's just a fiction and my tAke on it! Just enjoy it and forget it! :) :)
