I see them as related because they're living off of Abhi's wealth in one or other. Aliya is an extreme case! But my point was more about what male leads do!!

These festival celebrations are just non events , have no significance to the main story , the regular viewers don't even watch them in India , so it does not matter who gets kidnapped or who gets saved.

Most of us who are regular TV viewers will not even be watching . This event is just to get some TRP for Zee as Mahaepisodes are planned by some good TRP shows like Swaragini and DABH on the same day.
