hey let's have abhi and sarla talk about the vishwas with which she bestowed her daughter's hand on him

we did have that excellent scene in MMS track when abhi and sarla talk about the divorce and sarla tells him all about how pragya never wanted to marry him. rewatched it recently, ahh what a delicious scene for me!!

dad: why are we even watching this we don't follow these other shows
me: we have to keep it tuned to this for the whole hour and a half because we don't know when the kkb bits will be shown

daadi ji, how about instead of saying "you did nothing wrong" alone when pragya's broken, you could say it in front of everyoneee. stand by the truth? i guess it's not a very mehra thing to do.

daadi herself characterises pragya's actions as sacrifice. thanks CVs, since i had trouble explaining that. can't convince everyone but just the fact of daadi saying it legitimizes the interpretation in a very satisfying way.

not that i'm satisfied with anything about daadi right now, though.

dad tried to change the channel on the commercial break and i just made siren noises until he changed it back right away...like abhi's way of saying eyy, but a lot more annoying and nasal...eyy eyy eyy eyy no surfing away from kkb! 😆
